What do you sell?

ZenStorage makes fabric home organizers for closets, drawers, linen cabinets, and small spaces — bins, baskets, sheet organizers, drawer dividers, hampers, and storage ottomans. We don’t sell furniture sets.

Where do you ship?

We ship within the United States. See our Shipping Policy for coverage, including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. We don’t ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

How long does shipping take?

Processing and delivery estimates are in our Shipping Policy. You’ll get a tracking email after we ship.

Do you offer free shipping?

Orders $49+ after discounts include free U.S. shipping. Rates for smaller orders show at checkout before you pay.

What’s your return policy?

Eligible unused items in their original packaging may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping for change-of-mind returns. Sale items are eligible unless marked Final Sale. Full details: Return Policy and Refund Policy.
